Each time the cutting edge of the reel slitting machine is sharpened, it must be cooled to avoid annealing of the cutting edge. In order to make the blade sharp and clean, the blade should be carefully sharpened with a whetstone before use. When cutting, soap or paraffin should be frequently applied to the knife edge to increase the service cycle of the knife and make the cutting edge smooth. If it is found that the cutting edge of the cutting object has a phenomenon of paper pulling, use a whetstone to trim the edge or re-sharpen the edge.
When the reel slitting machine changes the cutter, first turn off the main motor, wait for about 2 minutes, and confirm that the transmission belt stops running. The selector switch is placed in the tool changing position, the tool bed function selector switch must be in the cutting position, use the sleeve to rotate the end face nut of the pulley, remove the connecting screw on the blade, and then use the Allen wrench to push the hanging knife device inward by about 4MM, so that The brake of the hanging knife device is disengaged. Rotate the hanging knife device so that the blade can be placed on the two wooden tool changers smoothly, install two knife changing handles, remove the blade, and pay attention to hold the blade to avoid overturning and hurting people.
